1. Costs of evacuating and relocating 100 international students and visitors, including transportation to host families; expense of youth hostel and hotels; provision of meals; facilitating 1,000 Israeli students in the dormitories to return home safely

  2. Equipment Damage - research materials/electronic equipment damaged in University science and animal labs

  3. Emergency Fire Equipment - replenish emergency extinguishing fire and safety equipment

  4. Operating Costs of the Central Command Headquarters of the Fire, Police, IDF: costs of electricity, water, fuel, and logistical assistance

  5. Emergency Labor Costs: wages, food, transportation (on Shabbat)

  6. Expense of shuttle buses on Monday, December 6th to accommodate students to allow phased-in return to University schedule

  7. Compensation for closure of University: cancellation of University classes and two psychometric exams scheduled to take place at the University.

  8. Costs related to media and advertising: photographers, advertising in local press, and signage
