New at the University of Haifa: MA Programme in Holocaust Studies

The new programme, first of its kind in Israel, was announced on the occasion of International Holocaust Memorial Day. Blogging helps socially awkward teens

Israel's desertification to expand by 2020

A recent report compiled by the Haifa University’s Climate Change Information Centre for the Environmental Protection Ministry predicts that over the next decade, the country will see an annual decrease in rainfall, and increases in temperature, southern desertification, heat waves, periods of torrential rains and flooding.
